Michael Easterly is a 35-year veteran of the investment banking business and the founder of the Legacy companies. Currently, he serves as Chairman of Legacy Capital Partners, Brookwood Hill Group, Inc., Legacy Media Holdings, LLC, and Legacy Media – Memphis, LLC. Previously, Easterly was Managing Director and Head of Investment and Merchant Banking at Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc. In addition, he was President/CEO of Morgan Keegan Merchant Banking Fund, Ltd., which he organized; Chairman of the Corporate Commitment Committee; and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Prior to Morgan Keegan, Easterly held partner or managing director positions with several prominent regional and national investment banking firms including Prudential Securities, Thompson McKinnon Securities, William Blair and Robinson-Humphrey. Easterly has served as a Board Member, Committee member and chair on several publically held companies. He holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a BS from the University of Tennessee.

Easterly controlled entities have owned and operated six successful radio stations.

Martin Moore has 20 years of finance and business formation/acquisition experience. Prior to joining Legacy in 2006, Moore was the Chief Operating Officer of an international materials handling company. Moore also has experience in the restaurant industry having served as the CFO for a major regional restaurant chain doing over $100 million in annual revenues. Moore is a BBA graduate of Abilene Christian University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Joe Pedicino, has over 38 years of experience in radio and television broadcasting, sales, marketing and management. He has been on the management teams for major media companies such as Turner Broadcasting, Blair Broadcasting, Outlet Broadcasting, Susquehanna Broadcasting, and Clear Channel Broadcasting and has years of hands-on experience in every phase of broadcast management. Prior to joining Legacy in 1996, Pedicino was a management consultant to radio stations and produced and marketed “Shoppers’ Showcase” a local infomercial airing on WTLK TV-14 twice weekly. Pedicino attended Georgia State University and is a graduate of the RAB School at Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania. Pedicino is a Certified Radio Marketing Consultant (CRMC).
